Lead Time: 1-2 weeks notice is required for all cupcake orders. The minimum amount of cupcakes to be ordered for out of parish delivery/pick-up is 1 dozen (12).
Custom Order Instruction: If you require the following, please use our CUSTOM ORDER FORM to submit your order:
• Addition of specific, custom themes, pull-away design, fondant toppers, non-edible toppers, fresh fruits, chocolates, cookies etc.
Cupcake Care Instruction: Please place your cupcakes into the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery/pick-up. We recommend you remove your cupcakes 25 to 30 minutes in advance (subject to room temperature) for the optimum flavour and a soft, moist texture.
Dietary & Allergen Advice: Cupcakes contain gluten (wheat), eggs, soya and milk. All our products are baked and prepared in a kitchen which also handles nuts and tree nuts and cupcakes may contain traces. Our cupcakes are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or make any change to your cupcake order, we require 5 – 7 days notice before delivery/pick-up. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds thereafter. All changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to sales@mumzelspastries.beanrhoprojects.com.
