Lead Time: 1-2 weeks or earlier notice is required for all cake jar orders. Orders placed with 7 days or less notice prior to delivery/pick-up will incur our last minute fee of $1,500 if it can be accommodated.
Custom Order Instruction: If you require a higher quantity of jars such as 1 dozen, 3 dozen, 100, etc, please use our CUSTOM ORDER FORM to submit your order:
• If jars are required for a wedding, please use our WEDDING CUSTOMER QUOTE to submit your order.
Cake Jar Care Instruction: Please place your jars into the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery/pick-up. We recommend you remove your cakes 10 – 15 minutes in advance (with the exception of cheesecake jars) for the optimum flavour and a soft, moist texture.
Dietary & Allergen Advice: Cakes jars may contain gluten (wheat), eggs, soya and dairy. All our products are baked and prepared in a kitchen which also handles nuts and tree nuts and cakes may contain traces. Some of our cake jars are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or make any change to your cake jar order, we require 7 days (1 week) notice before delivery/pick-up. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds thereafter. All changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to sales@mumzelspastries.beanrhoprojects.com.
